User Guide & Trouble Shooting
Envy
Electronic Cigarettes
Instructions for replacing cartridges:
When there is a noticeable decrease in vapor and flavor the cartridge will need to be replaced.
Step 1: Remove used or empty cartridge;
Step 2: Push one new cartridge through its packaging;
Step 3: Remove the white sealer and place the cartridge over the silver atomizer until the end of the cartridge is flush with the atomizer and showing no silver.
Instructions for recharging battery:
When the LED light, at the tip of the electronic cigarette, flashes eight times or there is a significant decrease in vapor, even with a new cartridge, the battery will need to be recharged. Make sure to charge the battery each night if you anticipate using the electronic cigarette the next day.
Step 1: Unscrew the battery (which is the longest part of the device, and has the LED light at its tip) from the atomizer (which is the shortest part of the device and silver).
Step 2: Screw the battery into the USB charger.
Step 3: Connect the USB charger to your computer (the tip of the battery will flash several times and the indicator light will illuminate when properly connected). You may also connect to the wall or car charger adapter, which is sold separately.
Step 4: When the LED indicator light turns from red to green, and the red light does not stay on for more than a second or two, the battery is charged and the steps should be reversed.

Troubleshooting
1. How long should I charge the battery:
a. The time while you sleep
b. At least 2-3 hours
2. When should I change the cartridge:
a. When the amount of vapor significantly decreases or stops.
3. What if the battery stops working, even after being fully charged:
a. The battery may have shut down to protect you and the device, possible resolutions:
i. Do not take strong/long puffs – instead: Take slow 2-3 second puffs.
b. The battery is not being charged properly, possible resolution:
i. Take a cloth and clean both ends of the USB charger and the battery where they connect.
4. How much vapor “smoke” should be produced:
a. The vapor amount will not be the same as a regular cigarette. When using Envy in places where “smoking” is prohibited, it is better to have less vapor in order to avoid possible confusion and conflict.
b. If there is no vapor, then change the cartridge.
c. If, after using a new cartridge, there is still no smoke try recharging the battery or waiting about ten minutes.
d. Make sure you are not covering the four holes where the atomizer and battery meet; these holes allow the for air flow that is necessary to convert the liquid into a vapor.
5. The USB charger’s LED light changes from Red to Green repeatedly but never goes completely green:
a. Make sure the USB is completely plugged into the computer or charger.
b. Make sure the battery is screwed tightly to the USB.
c. Wait for three hours and the LED will stay mostly green.
d. If there is a steady green and you touch the cord and it goes red then immediately green, then the battery is sufficiently charged. Again, the battery is sufficiently charged as long as the red LED does not stay on for more than 5 seconds.
6. If you are experiencing a problem not covered on this list, please email us and we will help to resolve the issue and or replace the defective part(s).
