Q.    How does the Envy electronic cigarette work?

A.     The process is very similar to a humidifier. Envy electronic cigarettes have two or three parts: a battery, a Cartomizers or an atomizer, and a cartridge. When you puff on Envy, a sensor recognizes the air flow and then the battery powers the atomizer. The atomizer then converts the liquid in the cartridge or Cartomizers into a water-based vapor that you inhale and exhale.

Another great feature is that you only use what you want. Unlike traditional cigarettes, Envy electronic cigarettes are turned on when you start puffing, and then turned off when you stop puffing.  You can take a couple of puffs and then throw it in your pocket or carrying case until you need it again. It’s that easy.

Q.    Who should use Envy electronic cigarettes?

A.       Anyone who is currently an adult smoker or is looking to switch to a better alternative should look into Envy electronic cigarettes. Please read the Envy electronic cigarettes warning, found at the bottom of every page of this website.

Q. What is the difference between a traditional cigarettes and electronic cigarettes?

A.   Electronic Cigarettes produces a vapor that is inhaled and exhaled (one of the many psychological benefits of smoking an e-cig). The vapor will evaporate immediately and leaves no residue/smells. Traditional cigarettes burn tobacco, which creates TAR which produces most of the negative side effects. Electronic cigarettes have no burning tobacco and require no ignition (or fire). Instead, an e-cig simply is a nicotine delivery system. Nicotine by itself, although extremely addictive, is found in vegetables you probably consume every day.

Q.     What do electronic cigarettes taste and smell like?

A.    We have many options to choose from to get the flavor you want and need.  We have cartridges, cartomizers, and eliquid. With over 20 different flavors there is sure to be one that you can’t live without.  The only smell, usually none, is in the vapor—which disappears immediately.

Q.       Where can I get the replacement cartridges/Cartomizers/ego-tank cartridges?

A.      Right here, on this site. We may not always have an updated list of retailers, but we will be able to tell you the closest place to you that sells them.   If you have a tobacco shop, convenience store, or grocery store that you frequent, then ask the manager to carry Envy Electronic Cigarettes.

Q.     May I buy extra batteries or other accessories?

A.      Yes, our electronic cigarette accessories page has several useful items at affordable prices.

Q.     How long will the battery and atomizer last?

A.      Both have a 1 year limited manufacturer’s warranty, but both should last about 2 years depending on usage.

Q.     How long do the cartridges last?

A.      Cartridges should last about a day for the average smoker which is equivalent to about a pack of cigarettes. Cartomizers are equivalent to about two packs of cigarettes.

Q.  How do I know when to change the battery?

A.      The light at the end of the Bliss and Nirvana will blink several times letting you know it’s time to charge it.  The button on the Ego tank will blink several times also letting you know to charge it.

Q.     How long does a battery’s charge last?

A.      The Bliss and Nirvana Battery will last about a day, depending on usage. We recommend having 2-3 batteries charged at a time so that you will always have one charged when you need it.  The Ego tank battery lat about 2 Days, depending on usage.

Q.     How long does it take to charge the battery?

A.      The batteries should be fully charged in 3-5 hours. We suggest you charge the batteries each night while sleeping. Please note: if you’re plugging your USB into the computer make sure your computer is not going to sleep or your battery will not charge.

Q.     Does it cost less than smoking traditional cigarettes?

A.      Yes, Envy electronic cigarettes will save you money. The amount of money saved is determined by the area you are in and the price you pay for a pack of traditional cigarettes. For example: if you are a pack a day smoker and a pack of traditional cigarettes costs you $5, then e cigarettes—costing $2.5 per cartridge—will save you over $600 per year (not including all the money spent on lighters). So just imagine the savings when you’re paying $6, $9, or even $12 per pack. Start saving money today.

Q.       What is the “Smoke”?

A.      The “smoke” is a water-based vapor that evaporates into the air within seconds, leaving no smell. Yes, this means no more: smelly clothes, house, car, and everything else; no more ashtray breath; no second hand smoke.

Q.       May electronic cigarettes be used anywhere?

A.      No Burning Tobacco = Smoke in more places.  With that being said, some businesses will say you cannot use the e cig. Businesses have the right to refuse service.

Q.     Can I use E-liquid?

A.      Yes, but please keep out of reach of children and pets. Also make sure you change, for sanitary reasons, the cartridge/tank after 3 refills.

Q. Is there a warranty?

A.      Each starter kit comes with a 1 year limited manufacturer’s warranty on the e cig battery and atomizer. Just send an email to: Warranty@EnvyCig.com . Explain the issue and we will work to resolve the situation immediately. The warranty only covers mechanical defects created through the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover any other defects created post sale. The warranty is voided when parts are not used properly

Q.     May I return a defective unit to the retail store I purchased it?

A.      The warranty will be fulfilled by the manufacturer, NOT the retail store. Do not return to the retail store.

Q.     What are the main ingredients in the cartridges?

A.     Nicotine (Extra- High - 24mg, High - 18mg, Medium – 12mg, No – 0mg), Propylene Glycol. Flavoring.

Q.     What is the shelf-life of a sealed cartridge?

A.     A sealed cartridge, cartomizers, or eliquid can last up to 2 years if stored at room temperature or a cooler place. 

Q.     Do E-cigs taste the same as traditional cigarettes?

A.      Most users of electronic cigarettes say the taste is similar but better than a regular cigarette.

Q.     Are electronic cigarettes a tobacco product?

A.      Because e cigs can use nicotine derived from tobacco, electronic cigarettes are now classified as a tobacco product (not as a cigarette or smokeless tobacco).
